• any process to gain the money you paid to buy the products from our website won’t be available since the products are being shipped especially to you and company’s policy is based on exchange in case there is a problem in the product that the company identifies and it decides to exchange or not.

• We agree to exchange once under one condition that the product is in the same condition it has been delivered in; the product should be available and the identification number. The client should pay the shipping fees to the shipping company when he/she receives the exchanged product.

• There will be no exchange in case the selling process exceeds 14 days, the product is damaged, or not in the same state as when it was delivered.

• There will be no exchange unless the company confirms and it will be via any process the company states .They company will enable the exchange after reviewing the returned product and its condition with the client.
